There is a weird story to this. I was drawing the last strip on a live stream on ustream and someone mentioned that Les Claypool did the music for some anime. I was like "no way" then went to IMDB to look it up. I looked up the anime and saw Les Claypool as the composer. In his IMDB profile, there is a message board for him and one of the threads is titled "Mystery SOLVED" so we were not the first to look this up.
In that thread, there is a link to an interview with that certain Les Claypool and someone started their question off with
"I am the big anime fan and I am also a big Primus fan" and I started laughing really hard at that wording on the ustream and sort of wrote out this comic live.
