ABOUT

Gunshow is a comic about a lot of different things. With some recurring characters, but you can mostly jump in whenever you feel like it.

F.A.Q.
When do you update?
As of 6-2-2010, or at least a couple weeks before then, Gunshow has been keeping a Monday and Friday update schedule. So let's go with that for a bit, shall we?

What do you use to draw your comic?
There really is no one tool I use to create the comics. Sometimes I will draw them in Photoshop CS4 on my wacom intuos3, other times I will bust out the Bristol Vellum and use a non-photo blue pencil to draw it and a multitude of pens to ink it. I go thru a lot of different types of brush and technical pens. I like Microns a lot. Here's a great site for ordering some interesting Japanese brush pens. I like this one quite a lot.

Why do you do multiple strips at once instead of just one every day?
I sometimes feel that a certain series of strips work better when told together than one by one. This brings back what I used to do when Gunshow was a mini comic, where all the strips played off of one another and worked best as a whole, than apart. That is not always the case, yes, but it will happen and I will have no qualms about doing it.

How long is this Anime Club story going to be?
It is a story to be told in 5 parts. More may come after it, but they will be separate from this story.

Are you going to make a spinoff comic with the Anime Club?
No. If I have another story to tell with those kids, I will post them here. However, a separate Anime Club book collecting the 5 part story will most likely happen. Meaning, they will NOT be included in Gunshow Vol. 2, when that comes out.

Your Author, KC Green.

Born on a cold day in February in 1987, I have come to know comics are a true friend and a common enemy. After many an attempt at webcomics, I try once more and started Gunshow in September of 2008.
Currently, it is my only source of income, but that is not saying a lot.

Past works you might like but in no way should hinder your enjoyment of Gunshow:

Horribleville
A semi-autobiographical comic I started in college and ended when I finished up that stuff about 4 years later.

Custom Comics
A pay service I provided for about a year where I drew comics people suggested to me.
